Would never hire again! They charged me $275 to come out for a water back up in my bathroom water pipes, which I paid with it being an emergency. They had to remove the toilet in order to do so. Since I had a brand new toilet in my garage that I was planning on installing soon anyway, I asked if we could just swap out the old one for the new one. I figured no big deal since the old one was already removed. The workers said they couldn't do it. I called the office to speak to a supervisor and he also said they couldn't do it either. He said it would void their whopping 60 day warranty on the job done today. Of course, if I bought a toilet from them, they could swap it out, install it and I would still get the 60 day warranty. So basically if they can more money, it's perfectly fine. I said I would sign a waiver to decline the warranty if they installed mine and that I would assume the responsibility if anything happened. I understand they are following protocol but there is also something called courtesy. If I'm paying $275 for a service, I should be able to have input on what I want done.

Price Brother’s Plumbing gave great customer service and helped with a warranty issue. Todd, the first plumber, used several pieces of equipment, including a camera to help diagnose the issue. I felt he went above and beyond in his efforts. Sarah shared all of the information and pictures with the tub company and kept me up-to-date on the progress until an appointment with the tub rep was set. Darius, the second plumber helped assist during the tub company visit. He was early, efficient, and cleaned up before leaving. I felt he and the tub reps worked well together and found and repaired the issue.

Juan Sorto team helped me with my bathroom plumbing leakage issues and they were so efficient, kind, and quick. I am very thankful for their amazing service. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I was out of warranty and they still helped me diagnose and troubleshoot the issue over the phone.

I found an issue with my cleanout valves for my tankless water heater bring too close to open and service. This was 2.5 years after the unit was installed. I emailed them, and they promptly called me and sent out a tech to fix the issue for free. The tech was professional, wore a mask, took his shoes off when he came into my house and explained the issue to me. He had me verify the issue was corrected before he left. 5 star service from price brothers, and Michael the tech and his summer intern

Big shout out to Price Brothers Inc. Something went wrong with our shower fixtures two nights ago after my oldest son tried to turn the shower knob off but the water was still coming out from the shower head. I know that I can call a handyman for the job but it was too late at night and I would like to use the company that dealt with our fixtures last December. I know it is really quite difficult to set for an appointment the very next day but my husband (works overseas) was the one who called their office to request for an emergency repair, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and did a schedule for a plumber to come by the house. That morning a guy employee gave a courtesy call and said within 30 minutes the plumber will be in our house. Indeed the plumber came by and fixed and changed not only one but two of our shower knob inserts that were broken. The plumber was very professional and explained to me about what maybe the cause of that broken parts. Now both knobs are doing great. My husband and I were really very happy that Price Brothers Inc., was very helpful in this kind of situation and didn't charge us any penny for the labor that some other company for sure will give a certain fee for just showing up and do nothing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. You are all customer friendly and your service was outstanding. I will refer your company to all our friends and families from now on.

I called Price Brothers to get a model number for my home shower valve. Jessica was professional, communicated so well and showed great patience while searching for my plumbing parts. In the end, I realized I had given her the wrong information about my account. But she remained helpful and patient. Jessica is a winner and asset to Price Brothers.

Fantastic experience. Had a warranty issue through home builder and Paul came out and fixed it very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
